Leggett & Platt's automotive applications for eCoupled technology include a center vehicle console, rugged docking station cradle and shelving for commercial work vehicles.
Products Currently in Production Include:
Center Console Pocket - Model MCS-EPIC W/O
Center vehicle storage compartments are transformed from holding spaces to charging centers with Leggett's eCoupled consoles. From flashlights to cell phones, Leggett's eCoupled console charges items so users don't have to.
Installed in the cab of commercial work vans and fleet vehicles. Wirelessly charges flashlights and cell phones, even when the engine is off. Eliminates the need for corded phone chargers and replacement batteries.
Computer Cradle - Model NP-NOTEPAD4
Computer laptops used in emergency, law enforcement and fleet vehicles no longer need to be plugged into an adaptor. Leggett's eCoupled docking stations provide power to laptops wirelessly, eliminating the need for chargers.
Installed to the right of the driver as a rugged docking station for laptop computers, it holds and powers laptop computers. Keeps computer charged even when the engine is off.
Van Interior Charging Stations
Commercial vehicle storage can do more than organize and store tools. It can also charge them with Leggett's eCoupled van shelving and door-mounted holster, installed in the back of commercial work vehicles. Contractors and repairmen can charge their tools during the drive between appointments or on their commute home.
Designed to be used with Bosch eCoupled power tools and laptop computers. Charging stations installed in the van interior are designed to keep power tools tidy, secure and fully powered.
