Leggett & Platt is partnering with Fulton Innovation to develop applications for Fulton's eCoupled technology, an evolution in traditional energy that delivers power through advanced wireless infrastructure. As the low- and medium-power charging side supplier for eCoupled technology, Leggett's partnership with Fulton allows it to extend its use of eCoupled technology across multiple product segments including automotive and furnishing applications.

Leggett's eDrive™ is the power source inside eCoupled-enabled surfaces that charges devices at a rate similar to traditional power sources. At the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show, Leggett & Platt will showcase its use of eCoupled technology in automotive, residential and commercial furnishing applications in the Fulton Innovation booth located in the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall, booth 7916.
